another memory maker,  along with L G Deflice , I figured Ryan / L G same company  different names for insurance etc. L G Deflice yellow/ green units,  they had a driver "Barney" .one of the best. could back up the lowbed/ with jeep better then some could drive truck/trailer forwards.  Sadly he was on highway (95) came to a toll booth (yes while back) , toll taker refused to let him go saying he was too high = had large  off highway Euclid on lowbed. he wasn't too high. climbing up to measure; slipped fell from top hit concrete and died.

had to stop at page 10. actually logged off before ; went online to find some Blakeslee DM's = sent me back to B M T , page 10 of 103:: that's a rainy day reading . the sun is shining in CT at the moment, outside I must go LOL

would be interesting to see some pictures of the Blakeslee DM's ; twinscrew/ single axles from the mid 70's. believe they actually went through New Haven Truck Rental . not owned by Blakeslee ,

much as I can't stand these cellphones , would have been good thing to have (or at least a camera) back then to photo the brand new DM 611 SX after the 100ton concrete I beam swung tooo much when being loaded and went through back of cab . what a mess it was.

A paving company in Beacon Fall's  had 1 24" rubber quad box with a dump on it Dave Carlo  bought it change it back to a tractor .....it's on the Cape now .......Urbano Paving  old RT-8 I bought a DM-686 from him also........

Urbano = another I forgot. red cabs with gray/black circular logo on door .

front bucket looks so small in comparison to the machine. 992 that's not even the biggest.(994 cat). not to go off topic; But the 994 not the biggest loader out there, history channel while back had the segment on machines !!! guess like any job running it would be fun for a while then become just another job. Thanks for the pictures and keep them coming.

28-yard Tilcon put a smaller on to load off face into 100-tonner's  .......Crusher broke down today found it something else to do .......
