Unfortunately, the B model is at our shop and I do my school at home. Since the weather is nice, I'll probably start riding my bicycle over to work on the Mack after school. With home schooling, the faster I work the faster I'm finished, there's no waiting around for the dumb kids. If I have trouble, I can work through it without holding everybody else up. I take them with me to auctions, they can drop everything if needed and we will all take a field trip. In a couple of weeks we are all going to see the Steamboat Arabia in Kansas City - look it up on your computer, they dug it up out of the ground and it is in a museum.But you have to get your work done and done well. My middle son gets up at 5:00 and does his math on the computer so he can work with me in the afternoons. But he got to where he was rushing through his work and his grades slipped a little - mom put the smack down and he did not get to leave the house for a week! With the HD and lowes type floors out there, everyone can say they do it. If you apply yourself, you can reach the same level as anyone else. The main thing I have seen in my short version of life is that the thing that successfull people do is just really try hard. They may not be the smartest, they may not have had as good a home, they may not have as good of a school, but that does not matter, they just every day did the best they could and everyday tried a little harder. You obviously have a grandfather that loves you enough to spend time with you on your U model - you have nothing to be jealous about - most kids today will never be able to do what you do with him.DO NOT LISTEN TO UNCLE ROB! I'm home schooled, so I can be on here all day, but he has to work for a living, so he only looks somtimes.
