  12. We had an outfit out here years back ran F models too many years ago. I can’t remember the name of the company but they had the same size fuel tanks. I talked to one of the drivers one day. He said they’re set up that way so they could run California to Elpaso and back without fueling.

  15. Ha ha that does not surprise me. One of our driver trainers was telling me a while ago some guys get in the truck and want to know what that is for????? Man how times have changed … but then a bunch of our drivers that used to run. Radios quit running them on a count of there is nobody out there to talk to .. a friend of mine drives for yellow he was telling me hardly anybody over there. He uses them now and their last batch of Ryan New peterbilts didn’t even come with a place to put one… Bob

  19. Forgot to mention it has been raining all week. I turned off my yard sprinklers Monday cause it was snowing.
  20. We finally got rid of our snow now it is been dark and cloudy all week here in Reno. It’s raining and cold right now. We don’t really have a whole lot of truck shows in my area. I usually wind up flying back there someplace.

  22. Just noticed that small CB radio and I was thinking in a few years. These young drivers aren’t even going to know what they are….. our much care for that matter…. Bob
