  1. Frame on this truck is like new, been drilling for my new rear susp. and tag axle last couple days, and no rust between rails makes it nice! Took out the old Hend. rubber block and installing the better riding up dated rubber block.
  2. They loaded backwards, but you can figure out what I started with and where we are now. Stripped the cab of all interior and glass, adding dynamat inside and getting paint under all those rubber gaskets around the glass. Stripped down to frame, welded susp. bolt holes shut, sanded ,primed with epoxy and painted gloss black.
  3. Some pics of my progress so far. Rebuilding a '87 RW713 into a RW753. This truck left PA in '88 and spent the last 29 years in Montana. What a difference it made in this trucks life ! Almost new in alot of ways.
  4. I had put a offer in on that same truck ! lol, guess yours was higher. Have fun with it !
  5. When I got my deer I went into it thinking I would end up bringing home a kubota, but after running both I hated the rocker pedal of the orange one. Found the two pedal set up more comfortable . But the other big seller for me was the JD quick mount loader's boom arms are steeper and bring the bucket closer the machine, thus more lifting power in the JD in a size smaller tractor made it cheeper than orange for me ! Thanks for hearing me out, Lol.
  6. I bought a 2320 John Deer about 5 years ago. Loader and drive over belly mower had me up to $18k, Hydro trans and 4x4, has been real handy but at half a ton lift cap. it does'nt replace my old Yale fork lift ! Lol
  7. 13" S.S. cleaners off a k.w. work, that's what I got for mine, intake outlet is high for going under hood and keeping it mounted low for visibility .
  8. It's a 7LL fuller, like a 8LL only one less gear
  9. I'd take a grand for trans, it has pto and pump, bell housing. And $ 1,500 for both rears, in nice shape ,running take outs.
  10. Thats enough for me to know who it is, I called them and they still have it ! Thanks for the help !!
  11. Looking for the frame side mount for a cat powered superliner, or any info on were to get one, these where real popular in MI as Cat powered superliner MI specials
  12. This was off an 8ll I had, got it rebuilt by point spring (new bearings ,seals, air shifter) and never used it. $300, Rich 724-992-1774
  13. rw600 or rw 700 on all of them , unlees it came with a "custom built for....." tag. Glider kit was identifiable by a (GK) in the VIN #
  14. I've never seen one on the driver side, only pass. It would be a little bit in the way ,but don't know why you could'nt put the electric motor on the left door.
  15. Will be coming out of my '87 superliner to make room for bigger engine /trans. Original @ 3600hrs and 106k. In truck, can hear run /drive. Truck came from out west and is rust free and was seldom used. Also will have complete 4" exhaust in great shape. Set of 46k mack rears in the heavy cast housings @4:42 ratio on 22.5 spoke on hendrickson rubber block,12r 22.5 virgin Hankook open shoulder drives @ 50 to 60 % . $3200 on motor, 2500 on trans. complete, 200 for exhaust, 3000 on rears and 1000 on tires, or make offer. Rich 724-992-1774
  16. Boy! Sure turned out nice, you guys do some good work !
  17. Teamster girl, early Superliners had the drop frame up front, superliner II came out in '85 with the taller frame up front. Don't think it mattered if it was west or east coast build.
  18. Sold the CL, just 5 stars and the superliner for spring after it gets its make over this winter.
  19. Couple of pics of my Montana barn find I bought last winter, will be this winters restomod project , all new driveline ,bed, paint ,air cleaners, alum. wheels and a lift axle. Pulling the 300 ,7LL combo out and putting in a Cat 3406C with and 18 spd. Should be interesting.
  20. Great looking truck gearhead ! Love a Superdog with dual exhaust, cleaners and the big front bumper. Glad to hear you got lots of precip, was all over Oregon and northern California this time last year and the lack of sure took its toll ! Are trip to Portland to tour the Western star plant turned into a vacation , saw alot of forest fire damage . Did'nt make it up into Washinton, but sure it was'nt a whole lot better last summer.
