  3. Well, thats one engine done, started the flintstone up today with the 260hp 6cyl in it. let it run for 30 min an shut it down, will do the 866 tomorrow. Grant
  4. Thanks guys, its all been sealed up, was debating weather to turn it over or not, i have had a blown falcon coupe in storage in chicago for 3 tears, it has not been touched, turne or anythoing. regards Grant

Hello All, well i am unsure what i should really do with my 866, its been sitting parked up for a few months now and am sure it will be there for atleast a minimum of 3months, what should i do with it? turn it over by hand, just leave it? or what? all i have done is pull it out of a running rusty F model and put it on a pallet. any sugestions? thanks, Grant

  8. the snakes are ok! well unless you have to go to the dunny in the bush, as there is no parking areas like you guys have! our parking bays consist of gravel/mud and lotsa bush and no toilet. its just you, the snake and gum leaves! toilet paper optional. now what about the spiders? we have red backs, white tails, scopions, centrepeeds and all sorts of other nastys, crocks, great whites, we got the whole lot down here.   11. Hello, try lowering the air bags when pulling, have done this when get bogged in mud, it puts power to the ground more evenly. Grant
  12. Hi, what steering wheel do you have on yours? is it intgral power steer or the old milion turn style steering? Grant

  15. i put the forks through the closed doors, seem to work ok.... when you actually undo ALL the lines also i orderd a cab rust section today, um its coming from USA i wouldnt be surprised if al the parts are still available there. Grant
  16. keep hitting could all ways try a bottle jack above it with tpressure on top and give it a good wallop from side. or a scissor jack, put on top of tie rod and under chassis., soak some diesel over it and come back to it the next day. it may be out??? Grant
  17. Hi, maybe they need to be more gentle with fork lift? this thing was a complete rusty cab the doors took the weight. it came off ok, poor thing. we use 250volt in houses, 3 phase in industrial, and 12volt in most trucks an cars, euro stuff like volvo is 24 volt. Grant
  18. Hi, I left doors shut an used a forklift with slippers through doors, the cab i am rebuilding doesnt even have a roof on it and it didnt move, the put it on a pallet. pics in album. Grant
