On the Carbon and Shift themes, there is a small paint brush icon that you can click to change the forums colors or background images.

Yes, the other themes do have a little different layout but all the controls should be the same.

I'm not sure how the new format is hard to navigate...it actually became a little more simplified from the old version. There are now less buttons and links to navigate. Someone with little computer experience can literally use the 'Unread Content link' and never have to get too advanced. Advanced users will find a lot of cool features and adjustable content streams to fine tune what they are looking for. BMT has something for everyone at every skill level. I liked IPB software because it is scalable like that. Give it a chance and in a few weeks it will be second nature for you! Try the different themes also!

The 2 dark themes have some cool color and background settings! Click the paintbrush icon to change it up!

Hey guys...there has been a lot of chatter about threads not going to the first unread post when clicking on them... According to Invision Power Boards, this should happen when you click on a thread from the forum index page. If you are using UNREAD CONTENT or any ACTIVITY STREAM, click on the blue dot at the beginning of the thread title and it will take you to the first unread post! See the pic below!

I have the best luck using the UNREAD CONTENT link or the Activity button from up top. With the activity button, you can fine tune how the threads and posts are sorted and handled. It is different but you hit the nail on the head...if we would have gotten hacked on the old software, we would have had zero support due to the old software end of life!

BMT didn't have anything to do with that! Edge comes from Windows 10 update on your PC.

Hmmm...not sure. When I click on a topic, it automatically goes to the last unread post. I'll look around in the user control panel settings and see if there is something you need to turn on. Any one else have this issue?

Ok guys, I have uploaded 2 new themes! You can explore them by clicking the THEME link at the bottom of every forum page. Give them a try and maybe click around a little...you might find some theme Easter Eggs! Still got some work to do on all 3 of our themes but they are ready to roll for the most part!

I have added a couple darker themes to the theme changer located at the bottom left of every forum page! Feel free to try them out and use the one you like!

Yes, that is another bonus...the old software had issues with the newest IE11 and Firefox. The new software is cross browser compatible!

If your username changed during the site upgrade, you can now change it back to your old display name or choose a new name! Because this can confuse everyone, we have allowed only 1 name change so choose wisely! If you make a mistake, PM me and I can fix it! Here is how to change your display name: 1. Click on your current display name on the top right side of the forum and then select ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the drop down menu. 2. Click on the tab that says DISPLAY NAME 3. Enter your desired username and click SAVE when your done! I can't make it any easier, LOL!

The old IPB system used a crazy system of usernames AND display names. When they went to version 4, they did away with the usernames and kept display names so if you had a different name before, PM me and I will change it for you! The system used now is a lot better! We also lost some stuff like the Dealer forum but I will have a sign up form for it again real soon! It's a hurdle but things will be a lot better for the future!

OK guys, I have been working on a new theme that incorporates some Mack imagery and is a little more fetching than the dull IPB default theme. Without further ado, I introduce you to...Flux! I still have some work to do but it should be functional! I hope you guys like it...I've been working on it for 3 day! I will also be releasing a darker version for those of you that don't like the fresh, bright look! That theme will be coming in a few more days. Sorry guys, I know you don't like change but this was needed in order to keep the forums safe from hackers! Look at the bright side...we are now

Sorry guys...didn't have any time for warnings, we had a potential hack and I couldn't gett he code out without upgrading to the latest forum software. I tried to hold out as long as I could but this change was inevitable! Post pics and signatures should come back soon...the forum is actually still updating in the background. It will take a little while so it doesn't crash the server. Don't worry, we will get through this, LOL! It's not thaaaaaat bad!

I'm learning as well! This new software is kind of cool but it is a learning curve! Try UNREAD CONTENT top right...I see some other options once you click that...
