  1. That's a nice truck it's all R model underneath
  2. Only thing you might need to get would be a tank vent in one of the threaded bunks in the top since it's gas instead of diesel. I might be wrong but it seems right
  3. That's a tank off a S series or 4000 series International. I just put one of the aluminum aftermarket ones like the 4 States one. The local place here got me for $825 plus tax but it keeps the fuel off the floor much better than the steel one. It's probably well worth doing a new tank since you've got the old one out.
  4. Just keep chanting, old trucks are fun, old trucks are fun..............
  5. Thanks Paul, that is what the sutuation was juice brakes driveshaft parking brake, snapped off axle . Oh and I did always park in low range and in 38 years of driving that was the only time I ever broke something like that.
  6. You also learn that the driveshaft mounted parking brake and / or putting it in gear now does nothing to hold the truck from rolling away. It's fairly difficult to get a chock block under the wheel while keeping your foot on the brake pedal.
  7. Always drove electric 2 speeds. Found out that downshifting the rear just right going up a steep hill at low speed you can snap an axle right off at the spline. One of those you learn something new everyday things.
  8. He won't be putting any wear on the pickup front tires. They'll be in the air 75% of the time.
  9. Anybody need a set of 10 22 rubber on Daytons? 2 really nice Hankook steers and 4 recap drives. Located 20 miles south of Boston, I went tubeless $300 for all 6
  10. Yup cumbys coffee. I was going to weld d rings to the bucket but I saw this on the Vevor website, d rings, grab hooks and a 2" receiver 4 bolts and done.
  11. Get to it Bob. Nice indoor project when weather prevents sanding the DM
  12. I was thinking of repowering my Case 444 with an Onan or Peedator but the iseki can handle the loader much better. Now I need to rehome the Case.
  13. 3 point hitch and suitcase weights yesterday
  14. Went to the archives fir this one. Started my business with this 1980 C50. 350 small block 4 speed geared like a farm tractor. 24k original miles in 1997 former City of Somerville Ma DPW truck. 32' bucket. Eventually added a 2 speed rear to keep up with traffic.
  15. It makes a nice motorized wheel barrel for around the yard. Didn't know anything about Iseki until I found this.
  16. A few years back I bought a pretty nice Case Ingersoll 444 and put a Kwikway loader on it. Light front axle, 2wd, and hand control for travel made it too hard to use. So I came across a 4wd Bolens Iseki deisel with a very fresh engine rebuild. Transfered the loader to the bed machine finished it up today. 2 new cylinders for the bucket which necessitated new mounting ears and hoses. Did a new spool valve too. Now back to working on my R Model want to have it painted before Macungie.
  17. I think I can use loadstar glass in the doors. I need new ones so I'm hoping.
