  1. A oldy but a goodie A woman was flying from Melbourne to Brisbane ... Unexpectedly, the plane was diverted to Sydney. The flight attendant explained that there would be a delay, and if the passengers wanted to get off the aircraft the plane would re-board in 50 minutes.. Everybody got off the plane except one lady who was blind. A man had noticed her as he walked by and could tell the lady was blind because her Seeing Eye Dog lay quietly underneath the seats in front of her throughout the entire flight. He could also tell she had flown this very flight before because the pilot approached her, and calling her by name, said, 'Kathy, we are in Sydney for almost an hour. Would you like to get off and stretch your legs?' The blind lady replied, 'No thanks, but maybe Max would Like to stretch his legs.' Picture this: All the people in the gate area came to a complete standstill when they looked up and saw the pilot walk off the plane with a Seeing Eye dog! The pilot was even wearing sunglasses. People scattered. They not only tried to change planes, but they were trying to change airlines! True story... Have a great day and remember... ...THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS AS THEY APPEAR. Paul

  3. Is amazing how some vehicles are bad for rust, even dry salt free parts of the world like Australia Reckon a lot of vehicles had rust fitted in the factory in the late 70s early 80s Dunno whether the steel and tin used was sub standard but cars of that era had rust holes within a few years, even Jap Datsuns and the like were junk Paul

  7. You've done well, would of been a struggle for me, but apart from loading cattle on the odd occasion I never back into anything to load or unload That been said when hauling sugar can I would back into the siding to load and unload the can train bins (wagons) maybe 50 times a day, I had to line the rails up each time qnd that was relatively easy, mindbyou it was in the open with no traffic or onlookers, very different and the truck was a rigid or body truck so not even in the same category You blokes are pretty handy at this stuff Paul

These days, as in right now will become the good old days for a generation at some point in thier career today We can't blame our respective government's or operators or huge companies, we as everyday people are the clowns that vote people in, that do or do not work for some companies, that do or do not set the standards that all things are done by It is up to us to do the best we can do and teach and inspire those around us to be the best they can be I can guarantee putting someone down and giving them a hard time isn't gunna help anyone Thats almost a rant I have going on there Sorry RD number 6, took your reply and ran it into the ditch Paul

  19. Had this arrive in the mail yesterday, written inside is, "This card just called your name" 😉 Guess some people know me all to well My brother sent me this pic of his ex Army Mack 6x6, he is carting his hay in I think he is quite impressed with the 285 and the 5 speed He wasn't at first, felt a bit gutless and needed more gears, I told him he just has to give it time and learn how to drive it, a Maxidyne is a bit different than a normal motor, dunno why Im trying to even explain that on here Have been watching a video on the history of tripple digit large cars and chicken haulers Anyway another video for you lot, started this youtube channel first and promptly forgot my password lol See yah Paul

  24. What music video ? All I get is a picture Now some useless information as thats about all Im good for The Australian coat of arms has a red kangaroo and a emu holding it up Yeah bare with me, anyway these two animals can only move forward, they can't move backwards unless a bullbar on a Mack trucks pushing them lol So we have these two animals on our coat of arms, because we as a country and as Australians should always be moving forwards Talk about getting side tracked and not even in the side tracked thread 🦘🦘 Paul
