  1. Does not look to bad, just hope the guy didn't do any real harm when he started the tear down. http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/cto/4511230095.html
  2. I was looking forward to seeing it beside your Superliner this summer, but I guess the Mack Museum is a good home for a while.
  3. Found this browsing this morning, missing the radiator shell, but looks solid. http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/cto/4498671533.html
  4. I should have stopped by to check it out, I drove by the golf course on my way to Upton this morning.
  5. I usually go with Rotella, but Mobil Delvac is what my 7.3 preferred.
  6. We just kept them up here, we dont throw anything away
  7. Found this while browsing http://boston.craigslist.org/nwb/cto/4441331159.html
  8. I go to this every year lots of good stuff to be had. http://www.carshowsusa.com/images/2014_car_show_flyers/2014_mansfield_swap_meet_flyer.pdf
  9. The kid gave me a hell of a deal on it, paid less for this than I did for 4 tires across the back of my GMC..
  10. It was in Stow, across from Shaws at the old Mobil station.
  11. Ok a Mack guy that likes Fords for small trucks and hotrods
  12. Red Horse this truck was found within spitting distance of you
  13. Red Horse it is a baby 370, but still a 385 series engine, the old globe truck was probably one of the later fuel infected ones with a cat. I wont be running 100 miles of 495 with it so it will do me well.If i feel the need later I can always drop in a 5.9 Cummins or a DT466 without much sweat.
  14. Thanks, I am gonna squirt the cab and paint the frame. I am a Ford guy so this is a welcome addition to my fleet.
  15. I love it, makes me want to build my brothers 64 Fairlaine now. I love an FE Ford I had a nice 390 in my old F-250, she would spin all 4 36" super swampers.
  16. Try giving these guys a call, they have acres of stuff and buildings full of more stuff. http://www.foottruckandequipment.com/
  17. I suddenly feel the need to buy a plasma table now, looks good.
  18. She has a big block gas burner, more power and reliability than the 6.5 and about the same fuel mileage. To say it is over built is an understatement, the water pump is twice the size of a regular 460, 8 quart oil pan, double size oil filter, spin on fuel filter, giant radiator and dual thermostats. I have a nice 4BBl manifold and Edelbrock carb to go on top after she hits the road.
  19. I have had it with the GMC, eating tires and being overweight and the 6.5 Diesel is the biggest piece of shit gutless wonder I have ever owned. Found this nice rot free 51,000 original miles F600. Frame is clean as a whistle, and she runs like a champ, drove it to the yard with no issues. Pulled the dump body off of it the other day, when the rain lets up my service body will be going on it. Anybody want a 10 foot landscape dump body with hoist, pump, tank, and PTO......
  20. Last thing I used it on was a dam gate for a small hydro plant, 5 years in water and it is holding up as good as the galvy, only used this because the piece was to big to dip. I am doing the frame on my F600 with it.
  21. My buddies CH has Mack EVERYTHING.....gold bulldog
  22. Sherwin Williams Macropoxy it is an epoxy kit and dries like glass, you can beat it with a hammer and it wont chip off. http://protective.sherwin-williams.com/detail.jsp?A=sku-26170%3Aproduct-6841
  23. Pull it with a small come along, no need to beat yourself up.
