  5. The natural gas trucks are keeping us busy , but we are fine tuning them . I think this could be a real good option in the trucking market .
  6. . Here's the #1 natural gas truck vin
  7. You need to go into guided diagnosis section , if this is a customer copy of v-cads you may not have it and will not be able to do some stuff that we at the dealer can do , like reseting soot levels programing etc.
  8. If you have another similar truck swap gauge panels for the nite. Now that the old panel is smoked you could try and bypass the diode on the panel to see if everything else still works , most likely there are more burned components on the panel Good luck.
  9. Make sure you hooked the engine harness positive wire back up after changing the starter , it hangs on the main engine harness rite below the intake manifold and very easy to miss. Also make sure all the block grounds are hooked up and tight . Also inside the cab to the left of your fuse panel make sure your power relays 1,2,3 have power coming in and out.
  10. New modules come with no info , you will need your truck there to program the new module. If the software is close you should be able to install and run the truck temporaly to get it to the shop for programing.
  11. The problem is that the 5 volt referance can short to ground for a second and log the fault active , when is actually inactive making it very hard to find the problem . Only take one small bare wire. Check we're the fan drive wires come out and follow back to connection turn wire around and check for wear marks. Also 16 pin connection on drivers side near back side of foot valve have seen crusty pins there before , good luck.
  12. Fuel supply pump shaft seal , end fuel rail galley plug behind front cover loose, eup o-ring leaking , injector o-ring seals leaking and or injector hold down loose.
  13. The Pikes Peak run is a open class , most anything goes so abs yes. Champ Truck racing no abs or traction control allowed also must have drum brakes and manual trans.
  14. When you can spin the tires from one turn to the next you have enough to get the job done.

  19. Would have a lot of different internal parts the cam is for egr set up and pistons have higher compressor with different bowl design injector s and ccrs none fuel return setup along with ccrs unit pumps
  20. Check the harness connection behind the center D panel , this is the panel your light switch is in . The connector has about 15 wires going threw it and is bad for melting cause lots of lite issues.
