  10. UGTFD80 , Welcome to the site......contact the Mack museum.....give them your trucks serial number. They will send you a bunch of information related to your truck....maybe even some factory photos. It takes awhile but it's well worth it. They do this free of charge but it's nice to send a donation for all their work. The truck pictured above looks to be in great shape!! Got any other pictures of it? The guys on this site are also a great resource.....tons of knowledge. Good luck with your project!!!
  11. Is it possible that Barry might be the next Chuck Woolery???
  12. If I remember correctly, the last time this was posted someone mentioned that Matt Pfahl might have bought it and re-sold it??? You could also try searching Firenews.org This site lists most of the towns and cities in New England.....with pictures of their past and present apparatus. It usually says if a truck was from a former department. It would take some time, but worth a shot.....Good luck
  13. I used Nason single stage urethane on my fenders.....very easy to use and came out nice. I also used rustoleum silver for my wheels. I added an enamel hardener to the paint. I painted the rustoleum with and without the hardener. Came out much nicer adding it.
  14. Happy birthday Vinny.... Hope U have a good one!!!

  18. The town I live in got a new engine last year and it has one mounted on the front like the picture above. It certainly makes you look twice when you see it....Put a blue light in there and you'll get even more attention.
  19. . I was thinking the same thing!!! She certainly has seen better days....I would have to believe there's room for negotiating....but you never know. Someone put a couple of offers in on eBay....but they were declined
