Well I am pulling the trigger on the truck of my childhood dreams!! Never in a million years I'd own the truck that started my obsession with the Superliner!! So not knowing a whole bunch about them when it comes to sourcing aftermarket parts, assuming they are still in production all these years later, I am here for some guidance, lol.

I'm currently in search of skirts for both the cab and the bunk. All I can find for Mack is for the CH and newer trucks which I know are a totally new design from the long lasting R model cab and bunk. I am worries it might end up being something I have to have made, which I am not thrilled about but I have a pile of split amber/purple lights I want to run down the side and want to avoid drilling into the actual cab and bunk to install them; though I wouldn't mind going to a larger bunk at some point if my frame allows it.

Also, if anyone knows if there are repop Liberty decals out there, I would so be a happy girl to buy a pair!!

If I'm not mistaken the "factory" bunks for Superliners were made by Able Body. Mack didn't manufacture their own sleeper until the CH came along. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I think that is how it went back then.

Are you able to determine what brand that sleeper is or if you know if it came from the factory like that or aftermarket? Perhaps if you send into the Mack Museum they will send all the build literature for that truck and you can get some more information that way.

I really appreciate that, I'll reach out to them. It would be cool to find out how many Superliners vs Ultraliners were built as Freedom trucks
