Joey Mack Posted 46 minutes ago Share Posted 46 minutes ago On axle nuts, I used to preload them at 200 lbft, back the nut off, and then go to 50 lbft, and move the nut according to lining up the holes for the cotter pin. Many times having to back the off a small amount.
