BUT we have good traffic flows in the small city about 15 miles from the house.. Driving a Ram 3500 quad cab with a 9 foot tray body can become challenging at times.. Best if I can find a parking place with lawn behind the curb so I can let the back end hang over.. As far as the plow driver, as long as the parked car is in the highway "right of way" the car is at fault..
