Lucky Towing was owned by Harold E. fxfymn Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 Mr. LeMay made his money buying and selling government surplus and scrap. The museum is quite a take in. The building is basically a parking garage that allows a visitor to walk up the ramps on one side of the building and then back down the other side.
