This is a Eaton RTLO18913A , all our trucks are spec- with the same gear box so I keep one ready to go at all times. This one the driver forced the 4th direct to 5th over shift and snapped the teeth of 1st/5th sp gear. $1,150.00 with parts and in house shop labor to repair it.
