hiwy50
Looking at a sale flyer I saw listed a Mack/Ford tractor. The picture shows what appears to be a Ford cab over with the word MACK over the grill. Is this for real or some ones trick placing MACK on a Ford cab??
j hancock
Can you post a picture of the ad? It could be legit because the Mack N model and the Ford C series both used the Budd cab for a low COE truck. 41chevy
Only relation to Ford is the cab shape. MACK was 100% MACK made. Ford bought the BUDD Cabs as assembled units, MACK bought the stampings and added their own designed floor and dog house and assembled it themselves. Don't see to many N models. 2 Quote "OPERTUNITY IS MISSED BY MOST PEOPLE BECAUSE IT IS DRESSED IN OVERALLS AND LOOKS LIKE WORK" Thomas Edison “Life’s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely, in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting ‘Holy shit, what a ride!’” P.T.CHESHIRE
