medicpelle Posted November 24, 2015 Share Posted November 24, 2015 Swallowing pride here, took my brass fuel filter canister off my 673 a while back, just got around to cleaning it and replacing filter. I can't remember which way the spring and little round shaped spring compressor go back in! It's been too long to remember how it looks and couldn't find any pics in my motor manuals.From what I recall, the spring goes on the shaft first then the round ring that seats on the filter? Freightrain Posted December 4, 2015 Share Posted December 4, 2015 I think it might just be the gold paint that makes it look brass. At least mine is painted gold(P Motor).Yes, passenger side.
