MACKTRUCKS4 Posted January 1, 2014 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Did anyone on this site buy the 1988 E9 500 with an 18 speed included that was on ebay a few days ago. Someone got a great deal. I was looking at it but went to Ohio on another hunting trip and as the saying goes, You snooze, you loose. Started at $600 but I didn't see the buy it now price ($2,000.00) Only had 1 bid. I think that was the deal of the year. The heads where worth that alone. The think it was in Montana. Pictures showed it still in the truck so motor and trans came complete. The owner stated a liner was leaking so it needed to be rebuilt. Quote Live every day like it's your last, because one of these days, it will be.
