Steers on dime to right but 100 acres needed left

2013 granite. This thang has been a headache. Third time goin to shop since may( just got it in May) has only 10000. Anyway! Any ideas of what's happening? It started this all at once. No radius turning left, but turn on a dime right. No visible leakage, nothing appears broke, or loose. This dog is so frustrating.

Steering box timing or center bolt on spring shared off or stops on spindle back out .

A 2013 with 10K miles should be back at the dealer to be FIXED under warranty!

And get someone from Mack involved. That is ridiculous.

also check pitman arm to sector shaft at steering box

This truck has went back to shop at mack shop. So we will see what they say. I've asked around and every new mack we have from 2012 to new ones like mine. Have spent as much time in the shop as in service. This has been a real let down for me being a fan of Mack trucks.

Have had the same problem before. It was a broken center pin. That axle don't have to move much to throw the steering off a long way. It don't take much to pull the ubolts and jacker up to check them.
