Drag Link Boots:

Rob

Anybody know where I could get a couple of these things? I can't locate them around here. These are the boots that cover the pitman are ball and socket of the steering drag link. They keep dirt and water out, and the grease in.

Thanks,

Rob

I checked about a year ago and they were available from Mack, but were expensive. If I recall they were around $45 a piece with my discount.

Thanks a bunch, I check with the Mack dealer I typically use today. Really didn't think of going that way.

Hey there, the price from Mack was almost $80.00, and PAI part supplied through the Fleetpride was $67.00. Both would have UPS charges on them also.

Since Fleetpride took over my favorite truck parts supplier the middle of last year the prices on everything just seem to go higher and higher although the same supplier. They have lost several of their long time customer base since the acquisition.

I'm starting to look for a different vendor also as their personal flexibility has been lost.
