Because he was Chinese? Seriously?

Looks like the driver forgot he was pulling a trailer in the bottom pic.

I've asked this question before... but why do the Aussie trucks route their single stacks over to the left of the cab? The exhaust manifold is still on the right... is it just to keep the sound/smoke away from the driver?

Could you fit an A model with a tip turbine E6 and actually run it some?
-
Can someone tell me about the Low-mount KW's. How long were they built? What was the idea behind them? Is the radiator smaller? Can you work them with a Big Cam in the heat?
Thanks.

Not Flavor Flav!..... Has to be "south of the border" design work in my opinion..

Why not just go to "B Doubles" like Canada and Australia???
They rule the roads here in Brazil too.

We ran milk trucks around here that were spec'd for flat country, tag in the back.... when we ran them here, lifting the axle on an incline with a load on ..... took the weight off the steer couldn't turn worth a darn. Don't know the lay of the land in your country, but definitely something to consider.

Judging from the dust collecting on the fan belts (and price tag), that A-model may have found its grave.....
What's he want for it anyway?

Is that car a Lincoln?

Cool! Some parts needed the Good the Bad and the Ugly theme song though .
I have always been curious about the language barrier and long distance trucking in Europe. I wonder if the language barrier is as bad now.

Why do some Mack's have air tanks mounted under battery boxes and others don't?
Just customer option?

A power tower is driven from the input shaft of an auxillary transmission. This means that you can put the auxillary transmission in neutral, and drive the power tower output shaft with as many speeds as you have in your main transmission, ie. 4,5,6,7,10,13 etc. With the auxillary in neutral, the truck will not move as the output of the Brownie is not turning, hence the main driveshaft to rear axles. They are great for heavy winching applications.

Doesn't a Mack 12 speed basically do the same thing?

I think its test truck because of the "Organic Rankine Cycle" It was a topic that mrsmackpaul started in July 2014. Was very interesting.
In my opinion, it makes this a special truck. I hope it goes to a deserving home .
Heres the link to the thread.

Were F models preferable to the Cruiseliners? or is it the other way around...?

Sisu builds a hell of a motor in Massey tractors.. . wonder why they don't install their own in the trucks?

Would that sleeper window been cut-in after-the-fact?
-
I believe this is a 300+ Shouldn't it have a horseshoe pressed into the back sleeper panel?

A phrase like "Legendary Awesomeness", and the word "badass" in a promo? Clearly directed towards the millennials. I'm not yet 40 and it sounded a little "low-brow" to me. The black machinist was obviously planted in the video for the diversity nod... and what does the exaggerated collar size (and hair-do's) of the 70's have to do with how well a truck is built?
Real nice footage though!
