  9. Let me think it over you can have it for free. How long is your other steering wheel going to be gone? I work for Fedex so shipping is pennies on a dollar right now. It’s on the truck, but I have a mint one. I’m going to use in my garage well, that’s the only reason I’m leaving that one on there for now moving it around my plans were to change out the steering wheel once I got the truck done
  10. Yeah, same here. I’m in Reno and there’s a few around there, but I really don’t know any of them personally just a couple of LT’s in town that’s about all I really know about…. I was very fortunate to find a rebuilt transmission around 60 miles from here. I thought I was gonna have to travel a lot further … bob

  15. this is how long my driveway is,,,cushman does the job alot easier but by the time i pull it out and get it started and then have to put it away,,,its faster to just walk them down
  16. if your talking about the B75,,,from what ive seen,,,california and nevada,used alot of B73s back in the day,,but they were mostly water trucks with bud wheels...bob
  17. anthems are sure not hard to look at UPS has just a few of them in my area,,,mostly freightliner IH and kenworth,,but i believe atleast some of the freightliners are propane or natural gas,,,i understand thier slugs on the hills,,,,but then again,everything is with triple trailers,,,bob...
  18. our brand new kenworths and petes are constantly going back n forth the dealerships for warranty work,,,my 2023 peterbilt 579 has had AC work repaired on it twice,and it still doesnt work right ,,got ten more weeks left to retirement,,,im hoping this lemon stays on the road just a little longer lol...bob,

  23. Now that I think back I used to repair split rim truck tires around the same age and I would sit on the tire while I was inflating it. I don’t think I would try that now. I don’t know how I made it this far.

Oh, I guess we’ve all done stupid stuff years ago when I was a teenager I was working on a 55 Chevy had the car jacked up with a regular bumper jack real high and working underneath it without a jack stand there’s no way I would do that now my uncle happen to be over visiting and he was yelling at me. What are you out of your mind?
