  1. I'm 6'2" and I've never had any issues with leg room in my CH. Only space issue I've ever had was too much distance between the driver's seat and the passenger door...without a power window on that side, it's just too Damn far to reach to roll up when it starts raining...

I used to love to rest my hand on the passenger seat in my rd,took a while to get used to the wide cab of the cl,keep throwing my hand over there just to grab some air lol

  2. My 96 cl has less leg room than my much older last truck 1983 rd,I got the seat jammed back as far as it will go and still all cramped up,maybe its got something to do with the seat witch is the original seat that came with the truck,it's a pain to even get my foot on the clutch pedal and I'm under six ft tall..

  3. 1996 cl 350,where the fuel lines attach to the lift pump looks like a check valve type fitting, are these a serviceable part or do I need to buy a new lift pump, fuel line fitting broke off inside it and cant get it out,the check valve screws out so I'm thinking its replaceable..

  4. Stopped by the North Canton CVS this morning for my DOT physical. I was the first one in the door. The cute little blonde (Kimberly) no longer works there. However, there was a "reasonably" attractive female Nurse Partitioner (Leslie) on duty. Usual stuff and then she asked if I wanted a hernia check. I said "your call" (I didn't want to appear over anxious). She said it was advised. So I smiled and dropped my shorts. She took her time checking for a hernia and "checked out the boys". MOF, the "major" was starting to stand at attention just as she finished. She did not have anyone "witness" the check. I passed the physical with no problems. So I am good for another two (2) years. Leslie mentioned a "new girl" is starting in a few weeks. I may have to go back for a retest. $104 with urine test. Life is good!

Are sure she wasn't checking you for ED..lol
  5. Another word of caution is when you are removing the dogs on the outer rim off the spokes..... leave all the nuts backed off on the studs Untill all nuts and dogs are louse. Seen them dogs go flying if they were under stress.... A shot to the dick, leg knee or ankle Wont feel too good. Ask me how I know..

[/quoteLast time I had to have a road service for a flat the guy loosen the lugs and grabbed the big sledge,I told him don't even think about hitting my rim with that sledge,he looked at me like I was nuts.lol, then when he put the rim back on I told him make sure you put it back exactly like it came of so the unpainted chock marks don't show..he was still shaking hes head back and forth when he left..

  6. I had one on a T2090 that was always tough, even when I put never seize on it,Found out if I loosened it when the transmission was still hot,it would spin right out.

Now that makes sense, the aluminum housing probly expands more than the steel plug when hot,if I could find something that will grab it,might give that a shot, thanks for the idea..
  7. Why chrome? is the steel / black bumper worn out? IMO, the truck looks great with the black bumper, i would not change a thing.

    Rick

Could never wear out that bumper,it's made from quarter inch steel, any one that gets close to it says holy chit where did you get that from, lol I have the build sheet for the truck and the Mack dealer had it special made for the original owner..sure would be cheaper to leave it alone, might do that to..
