Could do a crystal sub regen…MPs have very few issues compared to most others, we been through this multiple times….

At this point with all these failed regens it’s possible the dpf is face plugged, this could have all started when the 7th injector went to shit. No need to go there yet though. 

Also what’s soot level and differential  pressure sensor (delta p) at during regen?

Yea DRV is for creating heat. Everyone is currently giving you the free and easy things to start out with, and it also helps us navigate you to hopefully a solution. Maybe run a regen and post a picture of temps. Also when did this truck start having regen issues? Anything done prior to that?

Have you done a learned data reset on the parts replaced?

I guess we should all move to a certain location and open a business. We would all be millionaires….If t2 gets around 950-990 it will knock out of regen and start up again once it cools down some. However you said your t2 never gets that hot.

I believe only a couple of people can drive this truck and most of the kids there just want new shit and that’s the reason for the sale. They could have done so much better not listing this on Muncibid and just taken it to macungie truck show and put a for sale sign on it. Tell your son I believe the reserve is 40k.

Same goes for parts with the pre MP engines. It’s not a Volvo/Mack issue, it’s a dealership issue. 

MP all day long, parts arnt an issue unless your local dealer sucks….which seems pretty common with a lot of you guys. Not once have I had an issue with parts. They deliver twice a day to me and if for some odd reason one of their 20 shops don’t have it they will have it overnighted to them free of charge. 

Your ecu is failing, i bet you have much better results with a different one.

Nobody “looks” for work anymore. Only do what’s on the work order. Walmart only wants to do tires, oil changes, and batteries…They more then likely don’t have the skill or tooling to do ball joints….Customer service is a thing of that past so better get used to it.

I personally like the trucks pulling those loaded trailers of lumber up a hill. Never seen in person but the vids are intense. I’ll have to check it out someday live.

Amen! Always lots of crying about what others do with their money/property. Especially junk nobody else wanted or was willing to pay up for. That’s why I love KT3406E on YouTube. He gets paid alot of money to eliminate those engines one by one from this earth and piss people off at the same time. He’s said those engines/trucks are worth more in scrap than anyone was willing to pay for it. On the other hand he’s an extremely knowledgable engine builder.
