  1. Looks real sharp and when he gets it hooked up to a liner it will turn a lot of heads.
  2. Mackmann and linrick1 you both have very sharp lookin work trucks. You both show a lot of pride in your rides.
  3. Back in the 90's just went through customs at the Dunseith crossing its all down hill into Dunseith ND. Was rolling about 65 in a 55 when I met a trooper it was so cold his lights just came on but would'nt rotate. I pulled over anyway knew he had me but when he came up to the truck he thanked me for stopping. He said seeing as how I stopped without the lights rotating he'd just give me a warning. Guess it was my lucky day.
  4. Hi I had a 3406B in a 1989 freightliner oil samples came back high in copper. Cat dealer could'nt figure it out and about the same time I noticed my oil pressure down about 5 lbs. Finally after much disscusion with cat they agreed to do a bearing roll in. When they had the pan off they found the bushings shot in the oil pump. So rebuilt oil pump and my problem was solved. Not sure if this will be your problem but I 'd check the pump out.

    Steer Tires:

Hi when I bought my Rawhide the last owner had just put on one new Ohtsu. I bought another to match them up and they only lasted approx. 50000 miles. I think that for a hobby truck or a part time runner they'd be fine but for a steady over the road tire I'd buy either Mich. or BF's.
  6. Spent a few hours on this site. Thank you for posting but kinda makes a guy mad how goverment can screw things up for a lot of small operations.
  7. Hi just going to add my 2 cents with my limited knowledge. I've owned 5 Macks through the years and drove several others with very little engine problems. The one thing I would make available on the over the road trucks would be more power and torque as with the 460's I've struggled with our higher Canadian weights. I'm hoping with the new MP engines this will be changed.
  8. Merry Christmas from the cold north.May you all be home and have the company of family and freinds.
  9. I've had the same problem with both a IH and a Freightliner both had AD9 dryers. Always was fixed by changeing the filters in the dryers. While I was at it I usually put a pop of kit in at the same time.
  10. Just looked up the holland site. If you look for the FW0070 with the Kompensator option it should be what your looking for. Hope this helps. Dennis.
  11. Had the same problem on 2003 cx and a 1999 ch both of them were fixed by pulling the relay for the daytime running lights. Hope this helps.
  12. Looks real sharp. Darn hard not to look good though being a MACK. Mind you I think a cattle liner makes pretty well any truck look good even the Pete's and that take's sme doing.
  13. I heard while in local Mack dealership that Russel Ready Mix just took possesion of a new TITAN
