  1. There is a link on BMT under featured links: http://bigmacktrucks.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=42 We stock parts for all kinds of Mack Trucks!
  2. Beware of cheap rebuilds...If you are going to bite the bullet, go with the Mack Reman! You will at least get a 2 year warranty to cover it. I'm not just saying that cause I work for Mack either...Genuine Mack Reman's are good products.
  3. Hey guys! I found some 18" wide x 14" long mudflaps! They come in white or black pairs with left and right hand color mack logos! These would be great for front mudflaps or maybe even your pick up truck! Price is $48.05 per pair your choice of color.
  4. Terry, I was refering to this comment by Scott in my post: And this: As far as the ATHS, I am a member and Watt's Mack is a corporate member as well as a large advertising account for the Wheels of Time! We know the value of the ATHS and we support it fully! We promote both the ATHS and the ATCA every chance we get! We even have links up on our B-Model Store page for both clubs! However, this isn't the ATHS and every member here is entitled to his/her opinion. I cannot ethically censor Scott's opinions...nor will I censor yours. I hope you can understand and appreciate this. If an apology is what you want, I am sorry that you were offended and I respect that. But please understand our position here...
  5. Mack offers a remaned short block which is a complete engine from oil pan to valve covers and everything in between! It does not include componets like pump and turbo. They carry a 2 year warranty from mack Trucks.
  6. 8pm est for the chat room. Everone should be able to use this new room...it isn't java based.
  7. I couldn't have said it better myself, Scott! I started this board mainly for old Mack truck owners, but I do encourage posts about all brands of trucks and also for modern day Mack discussions! I can see this forum becoming a one stop place for all heavy duty antique truck info PLUS the only place for everything MACK! You guys can help by posting often and spreading the word! We are starting 2007 off with almost 1000 members, an awesome photo gallery and tons of great info! And we're just getting started! Thanks guys, it's really you, the members, that makes BMT a great place! Keep up the good work!
  8. Happy New Year to all you Mack fans! Be safe out there tonight...it is the worst night of the year to be on the roads! Don't forget about Mack Chat tomorrow night! See you all there!!
  9. Good advice! The Mack name is still strong...lets hope we can keep it that way!
  10. Not sure yet...we haven't even taken the valve covers off. Customer needs the truck fast so the main priority is getting the remaned basic engine put together and dropped in. We'll disect the core later.
  11. Ouch! 2005 Granite...looks like it dropped a valve and hell broke loose! The rod punched a hole through both sides of the block! Good news is...the owner still has warranty coverage!
  12. LOL! Gotta make a choice! The forum only allows 1 vote per member, but I thought this was an interesting question for a poll.
  13. Vote for your favorite Mack Era... Base your vote on your personal preference or by what year truck you actually own. Feel free to discuss your choice!
  14. Looking good! I like that Super Liner...more pics when you get the stacks and fenders!
  15. Geez, I bet that sucked!
  16. We use Omni Acrylic Enamal #MAE45735. We had it scanned from under an over speed warning tag on a dash panel. Seems to be a good match! Original Kirker Paints number was 812 (812A)
  17. That's a great photo Doug! Thanks for posting it! Merry Christmas!
  18. Well guys, Its Christmas Eve! I hope you get all the chrome and goodies you wished for! I wanna see photos tomorrow! Have a great holiday!
  19. We still pick up most of our new Macks...of course, we are only 300 miles away. I think there is a freight charge no matter if they deliver or if you pick up, so most dealers just let them deliver. We pick them up to save time!
  20. Happy New Year! 2 7 Guess it's time to get back to work! Have a great new Year...
  21. I hear ya! I'd be all for it, but I'm 300 miles away!
  22. I talked to William Hartz today. He is the President of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chapter of the ATCA. They are looking for members and/or support for the club. They meet once every other month at the Mack Museum in Allentown, PA and they are responsible for transporting Museum trucks to and from shows and they also maintain the trucks for the Museum! Ad space is also available in their bi-monthly newsletter for $60 per year. If you are interested in becoming a member and working with the Mack Museum...call Bill at: 570-386-4310 (evenings only)
  23. Welcome, Mike! Glad you found us! We'd love to see the photos of your truck...
  24. Photos added to your gallery! Let me know if you have any other problems...
  25. Thad is correct. Subscriptions is a built in IPB feature that we just don't use...and we don't have any plans on using in the future! BMT is free for you guys to use! The B-Model Store pays all our bills!! (So when you buy form the B Store...you're actually supporting BMT!!)
