  3. Welcome to BMT! Glad to have you aboard!
  4. Watt's Mack will be onhand in the flea market area! We should be right across from the bathroom pavilion where we were last year. We are trying to leave early friday morning so we can be there by mid afternoon. We'll just sell from the truck friday afternoon, but we'll be set up in full all day saturday! Hope to see a lot of familiar faces and even more new faces!
  5. I just changed the default skin...if you liked the red skin, it is in the skin chooser at the bottom left of the page. Just click it and bingo! Same old BMT
  6. I guess too much of a good thing can be bad at times...LOL
  7. The best bet is to upload your video to youtube and the you can post it here. You can also use the BMT Video System! http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?app=videos
  8. You might have noticed the different Reputation icons around the forums? This isn't new, but it is more enhanced in the new IPB version. You can start using rep by clicking the little plus icon in the lower right corner of each post. A comment box will open and you can type something nice for the member that posted it. Obversely, you can click the minus icon and leave a less than favorable message for the poster, but please do not abuse this. The results of your comments are visible to everyone. Only use neg rep when needed! Each rep you get raises or lowers your rep rating in your topic profile and in your profile page. You can view the comments in your profile page, but you will have to visit the link back to see who left the comment for you. Your overall ratting is show in the topic profile every time you make a post. There are also some rep stats included in the side box on the main forum index page. Overall, this is just a fun feature and has no bearing on member status or anything. I still urge that you only use neg rep on someone that deserves it like Sgt Mack, for example! It is a good way to give someone a quick thank you for a good post, something that made you laugh or something that helped you with your project! Another tip is to add your user name to the comment so it is easier for the poster to see who left the comment for them! Example: "Great post! Thanks...Barry"
  9. There should be an engine brake solenoid on the firewall that may have been disconnected. Otherwise, it's hard to say...he may have disconnected the wires going into the heads??
  10. Hey guys...I just upgraded the old links system to a new and improved version! It's really easy to add a link to your favorite truck related site, truck club or even your personal site! Feel free to add as many as you like! You don't need to upload an image...I will add them as needed when time permits. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?app=links
  11. Thanks guys! One of my favorite new features is the topic preview button that appears in the topic index! It's the little page icon with a green up arrow that pops up as you mouse down through the topic list. If you click on it, it shows a preview of the first and last post in the topic without leaving the page that you are on! You can also reply to other member's status updates in the forum index side bar! Have fun and hope you enjoy BMT!
  12. OK, upgrade is complete... We only have one default skin theme for now. I will have to rebuild the others tomorrow.
  13. Doing a major forum upgrade today or tonight...there may be some strange stuff visible but the forum will be accessible for the most part. I may have to rebuild the themes and some modules over the next few days. Should be a few nice feature improvements for you guys! Just a small price to pay to keep this place up to date and state of the art! LOL
  14. We are waiting for the line sheet from the Museum but I know it is a 62 B-61 with 38K tandem rears, END673 motor and Duplex tranny.
  15. We just need a few more techs so we can free a guy up! LOL Anyone need a job? Diesel truck mechanic experience is the only requirement!
  16. If you haven't got it yet, either email me the info: wmsi@windstream.net or call: 1-888-304-6225
  17. I could add a decoder to a blank forum page with no problems, but someone would need to code it. That's a different project than what I can do.
