I'm working on getting the quick login back up. Also, you can change the theme back to blue from the skin changer link at the bottom left of every page. Once you select BMT_Blue, it will stay that way everytime you login.

The new BMT classifieds is up and running! I apologize to those of you that still had valid listings in the old system but it had to be taken offline as it was breaking the new software. I created a new sub forum set up like it used to be but the new software allows prefixes and old topic warnings to help with classified use. It's a pretty cool system now! When you add a listing, you will need to select a prefix from the menu. The ad will be live for 45 days and then an old topic warning will appear after that, alerting members that this listing may be unavailable. You can also go back and edit your ad to show SOLD when your item sells. That will also help prevent repeat contacts for long gone items. If you have any questions or problems, feel free to contact me! Also, don't forget to use the feedback forum! It has similar prefixes for positive, neutral and negative transactions with other members!

Yep. The old compatibility button gets them every time! LOL Thanks rhasler, you must be using an older version of IE...the header link buttons are different than mine also!

Not sure what you mean...can you show me? The new software doesn't have the envelops in the posts like the old one did. To PM a member, just hold your cursor over their username and a contact box pops up with all that info! Also, click on the name to visit their profile where links to all their stuff is contained!

No problem! The forum will remember your theme choice every time you visit!

Ok guys, I think Avatars are fixed as much as we can get them! If you still have an avatar problem, please upload a new version.

It is the little square icon that looks like it has a tear in the middle... Only on Internet Explorer! Firefox displays perfect!

Hang tight guys, I'm trying another way to fix avatars. It may either work or we will all have to upload new ones...LOL!

You probably should re-upload the photo. I'm not sure why it went blurry and others didn't. I did run the avatar rebuild tool but it didn't fix it.

Yeah, all the old themes were not compatible with the new version. If you guys like the blue, I can make it default. Stainless can still be an option. It's up to you!

I have never been a default kind of guy, so the default blue skin had to go! I just got done building what you see now! It is called BMT Stainless and I hope you like it! It is a little easier on the eyes than the bright white and blue of the other skin. Now I know some of you like the blue version so I kept it in the theme changer! Just go down to the bottom of this page and click "CHANG THEME" It is a the very bottom left corner of the page. Select BMT_Blue from the list and old blue will be back for you!

OK guys, I got the WIKI, Gallery, Blog and Garage all working! I think everything should be back to normal! If you see something broken or you get an error, send me the details and I'll look into it ASAP! The only thing that doesn't look good is the awards module. It didn't survive the upgrade. I also recreated the classified forums for an easier to use and easier to reply for sale section. I will say that this new version is much easier to use and seems to be a lot faster! Less clutter is better! Thanks!

RIP Tom... Tom was a very good customer of ours as well as a great asset to the antique truck hobby. I'm sure he will be missed greatly. Deepest condolences to his friends and family.

It looks like the old classified module won't be updated for some time so I have added new forums under the Market Place for the Classifieds! I think a lot of you like this method better than the module anyway. The bad new is that all the existing classifieds were lost but they would have deleted after 45 days regardless. Lets start the classifieds off fresh and post some new stuff up! I added sections for trucks, parts and misc. as well as separate sections for wanted ads. That should make it easier for you to list and find what you are looking for! Sorry for the inconvenience guys! But we are going to be set for the future with this new update!

Haha, I hear ya...I don't like change either. It got forced on me too. But it will be cool once complete!

As you log into BMT Today, you will notice a new look! We had to upgrade the forum software to the latest version in order to prevent forum hacking. Many of the old plugins and features are not yet compatible with the new version, but the plugin developers are scrambling to update the features! It may take a few weeks to get everything back to normal, but the upside is a more safe and secure forum along with much better performance and speed! I hate changing things up on you guys, but this was a needed upgrade. I know there will be a slight learning curve, but give it a try...I'm sure you will be impressed with the new software!

We also have a few issues with the WIKI and Classifieds. Please stand by!

Still working on the gallery...Everything else should be fine. As far as skins/themes...I had to delete most of the custom ones. The blue theme you see now is default, but I will probably add another custom theme shortly.

Sorry guys, we were falling behind in software upgrades and a big security risk just came up so I had t update! As soon as I get the bugs worked out, we should be ok...but on the lighter side, this is the newest, state of the art forum software! It should also fix some of the slowness that the old version had. I have noticed much faster page loads already! Hang in there guys...I' got a little tweaking to do!
