I don't recall ever seeing any patch panels for the F models. Maybe there are some out there, but they sure aren't common.
However, any good sheet metal person or hot rod builder should be able to fabricate up anything you need for that cab. That would be my choice.
Paul Van Scott
you had to get the whole side of the cab

the only place i have ever seen more superliners at 1 time than at gerharts this past year was in the mid to late ninties at the bulldog round up at the Harrerstown maryland mack plant ..ive heard rumurs in the air that they are going to have that show again this year.
-
At the Gerhart show this year, we had intended to do just that, see how many Superliners we could keep together, but the rain the day before changed our plans, and we ended up parking trucks wherever we could get them on the field. Still not a bad show for having over seven inches of rain the day before.
This comming year, 2011, we again want to try to organize the trucks better into like groups. Even though the show is intended to be "all Mack", nobody is turned away, and we try to keep the other make trucks grouped together also.
We always have good intentions, but..............
Dave
it gets better every year ....you guys do a fine job

I met the guy who was doing the Superliner Registry. I can't rember his name but I have his business card in the truck and will get it for you it you want it. He told me that he had not had time to work on it due to other projects but was planning to get back on it. He works at Potomac Mack in Gainesville, Virginia. I was there one day about 6 months ago picking up some trucks for the Mack dealer in Charlotte, NC. My friend Dan was with me driving his CL with an E9. This fellow saw us pull in and he and his wife both came out to talk to us and take pictures of our trucks.
i think it is dale lukens i think

So did u guys get them from Dale Francise? Im putting them on an MH. Is the turbo still located in the same spot, not that big a deal if not im just curious. How much are we talking for these things? Are u guys using them for truck pulling or on the road? Later ~Joe~

If you don't mind my asking what's the Model# and Vin# on this truck. I was doing a little historical
research a while ago on here about the 1000 V8's and the trucks they were in. I correct myself from earlier,
the very last 1000's had the air to air set up right before they went to the E9 designation. If you
could take some pictures of it it would be really neat to see. As for the price factor a Friend of mine just bought
a 95 CL chassis with a V8 that didn't have a cab or hood for $9000 and it had 400000 miles on it.
I hope this helps.
Thanks, Josh
this truck does have air to air

Thank you to my wife and all the Vet's on this forum.
10 4 ON THE HOOAH
-
Why do you ask? They started making them in 1975 for R700s. They didn't an air to air cooler
like the E9s. Did you find one if so I'd really like to see pictures of it.?
Josh
yes i found one 12 speed 44 thousand rears day cab guy wants 12000 thousand for it it has 110000 miles and 5500 engine hours is that a bad price
-
That is the early designation of the California spec E9 series engine with "Dynatard" built prior to 4/1/1980 if memory serves.
Never had one so just a guess from seeing it in a book.
Rob
so it is a e9 1t only got 100000 on a 80 model superliner

what is a etczb 1000

I wouldn't want a truck that would go that fast in 17th gear at that low of an RPM...with my tall 24.5's on there and the Mack transmission, it would have a rear axle ratio somewhere around 1.74....and that gearing would be absolutely worthless on a Mack
i think he was messin with the picture
-
Maybe it's just a scatterpillar thing...
no joke i would take the n14 any day over a cat stay clear of the isx
-
start roasting guys, i can hear the door swinging on the blast furnace now

I got an e-mail the other day from an owner-operator who was curious about why the government doesn't have to follow its own emissions rules when it comes to trucks owned by the military.
the same reason airplanes dont because they would fall out of the sky and you cant keep the junk running
