  1. You dumbass. What happens at the Nunnery, STAYS at the Nunnery.
  2. 6/19/15: The body has been dropped onto the cab.
  3. I'll be out Friday night around 5:30 or 6pm.......Staying overnight in mack69mikemannowak's command post.
  4. I keep telling my neighbor kid this same thing every time he's out in the garage screwing off with his rice burner
  5. GENTLEMEN, AND DOUG MANEY: I will not be able to make it to ogle at the boobs support the nuns in training on Thursday night. My Aunt, who I have not seen in 2+ years will be in town, and I will more than likely not see her again for another 2 years, unfortunately Thursday night is the only night I could make it happen. Please squeeze a butt say hello to the ladies for me. Tell them "Uncle Yardo" sends his love.
  6. I concur. I wanted to go for the ISX instead of the ISL but the upcharge would have put us way over budget.
  7. Early speculation had this tropical storm parking itself over the mid-atlantic region on Friday/Sat and dumping a whole lotta rain. Now I don't think they quite know whats happening. Meh.
  8. See post #8. Roll-Ups.
  9. Ken, the verbiage that Pa uses is something along the lines of "The vehicle may not be used for commerce in any way, shape or form."
  10. OH MY YOU HAVE PICTURES OF THE ALLMIGHTY GLENSIDE WITH A DIRTY TRUCK!!!! OH THE HORROR!!!! Now the FBI, CIA and the MEN IN BLACK will be along shortly to waterboard you and then neuralize you.......
  11. UPDATE 6/16/2015: The majority of the chassis is complete. Some of the valves and fittings have been installed onto the pump. The chassis has been moved over into the body plant. The framework of the body has been assembled, and will be dropped onto the chassis very soon. Final Inspection is tentatively scheduled for July 22/23. Delivery early August. 12. One Pennsylvanian to another: The truck and trailer MUST be licensed, registered and insured** as antiques, and they may NOT be used in commerce/for profit in any way. If properly licensed, registered and insured** as antiques, they are exempt from commercial vehicle regulations including the driver needing to possess a CDL. Many of the DOT Men, bears, local yokels and even private Tag Bureaus are not familiar with the legislation and Pa MV Codes regarding these regulations. I would first check with PENNDOT to see about tagging the trailer. If they are confused or unfamiliar, I would then check with a REPUTABLE private tag bureau. Then if all else fails, you may have to get your State Representative involved as I had to when I was trying to tag my firetruck as an antique truck (long fucking story but they wanted to first tag it as an emergency vehicle because it was a firetruck, could not understand the fact that it was a privately owned vehicle and no longer a municipal firetruck- then when they got that through their thick skulls, I was told it had to have a "Truck" plates and registration because it's GVWR was in excess of 26,001 lbs- true, if it were being used in commerce, which of course it is not. Additionally when it comes to DOT Checkpoints, scales and even being pulled over for a traffic violation, not having inspection stickers or god forbid being involved in an accident, many cops don't know or understand the Pa MVC regarding antiques. I carry copies of the pertinent sections in my glove box, attached to my registration, insurance certificate and a recent CAT Scale certificate. ** Your insurance may have specific requirements or limitations, you must read and understand your individual policy.
  13. what was it......3? 4 years ago? I dragged out 4 or 5 guys......That guy with the Walter airplane thing yanked out a few guys and the guy with the GMC Astro wrecker was busy too.
  14. Bring chains, I know a guy with an F.W.D. I can hook you up. Get it? Hook you up?? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!
  15. Pay attention to the upcoming weather, Lads. It seems that preliminary forecasts are showing this tropical depression that is coming northbound out of the Gulf of Mexico and across Texas, to be making a right hand turn and heading eastbound......And holding over the mid-Atlantic region just in time for the weekend. "Several Inches" of rain are forecast. This has been a public service message brought to you by F.W.D., Walter, Oshkosh, Marmon-Herrington, Kinedyne Towing Straps, Tulsa Chain and Towing Supply, Century Wreckers, and Jerr-Dan Wreckers.
  16. Now there is discussion of this tropical depression in the Gulf of Mexico coming north up across Texas and then turning eastbound and affecting the mid-atlantic region just in time for the weekend....with "upwards of several inches of rain." "Mudcungie 2015?"
  17. PRELIMINARY FORECAST FOR MACUNGIE: "scattered showers" on Thursday. Friday and Saturday, Sunny and temps in the mid to upper 80's and high humidity as usual.
  18. pssst.....we're all over here........... http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/39671-atca-annual-show-in-macungie/
  19. No, no one on here at all goes to that show. (that was sarcasm........)
  20. What? No pictures of beautiful, lovely picturesque South Camden?
  21. 1. Another vote for radiant slab heat. We have it in our firehouse and the shit is AWESOME. 2. Install a waste oil burner for the boiler for the radiant slab heat, but with a natural gas or propane backup if all of your friends stop bringing you their waste oil. 3. Slab: minimum of 8" thick, 4000psi concrete with #5 bars 16" OCEW with 5" WWM. 4. If you do any trailer work you'd need 14' high doors. 5. Don't forget a man cave with an office for your research and of course a bar and pool table. And locking doors with electronic sensors that disable the doorknobs if they detect females. 6. Big power. Don't skimp.
  22. Mack69man was having trouble too I think
  23. The Prodigal son has been heard from. Clueless....errr ahhh I mean No Clue Joe texted me earlier today to say that he has not fallen off the edge of the universe.
  24. Ken- Charlie Johnson, one of the Sterling guys usually throws that together. Won't know until Fri or Sat, however it usually happens. Usually what I do is run the FWD home, jump in the shower and then come back out. I can pick you up if I do that.
  25. If it's stuck, pour a mix of fuel and ATF into the cylinders. Let sit for a week.
