Are the rocker the same on 04 emission mp7 as the newer engines?

Any way is could be off a little. Even tho the marks are on point. It will fire for 2rmp seems like and cut off

Tdc is the v3 line? Right beside the tdc stamp?

We replaced the head and all timeing marks are on point but the rings won’t stay runny my and keep throwing cps fmi2 code. Any idea would be awesome.

Did you check the wiring all the way to where it goes in to the chassis harness. Over the drive line and top of frame rail a lot or times will rub. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I'm not sure which trans. It's under warranty took to the dealer.

Only 1st and second. I pulled the shift cover and dropped drive line front half of main shaft spins but not the last synchro and reverse synchro but revers works. Looks like it has a clean brake between two gears never seen a two pice main shaft lol but I'm not familiar with mack I usually do eaton.

I have a mack trans with I think is a twisted main shaft. Has any one ran into this before. 2012 gu713

Have you checked the unloaded on the side of the compressor head. 8mm Allen

We have both but I used 1 on this truck. 2.0 is good but slow.

We have ptt. But sense the latest update when I click guided diagnostics it logs me out of ptt altogether. Any ideas on that?

Fmi 9. Replaced switch had hydro carbon dozer fault and replaced all seems fine but the message is popin up on the display still.

8 and the tech replace the sensor already. Maybe a harness issue?

No sir not much at all the cooler is clean. I did replace it on this unit last year along with new Venturi and diff tsensor. When I looked int the cooler I found small amount of water no coolest May condensation ?? Yea I've have seen that video that awesome. I tried to get the boss to buy a cheetah and stuff the rigg it up but they are to cheep, maybe when we have to have it.

Awesome. So this was reading way high koe was 3.49 also. what could cause this tech already r&r the diff sensor, Venturi tube and ports are clean. I was thinking Egr valve problem. Butnow Idk what to think.

Usually Valve seals. Maybe rings but I'm guessing no power issues. Maybe they damaged a seal. -
I have 3.49 with the valve and about 3.46 to 3.48 with it open. Any ideas. 08 chu613
