The point is, all these people intended to cross into the United States illegally. If any had not been "caught", would they have turned around and left? No. Their action/intention was to criminally enter another country. People who have "illegally" entered the United States have NO right to due process, as they aren't supposed to be on U.S. soil to begin with. It is only through their criminal action that they stand on U.S. soil.
