R600 to R700 Conversion

Does anybody know whether it is possible to convert a R600 to a R700? Is it just a matter of moving the cab mounts back and extending all relevant parts (ie. steering column, hoses, wiring etc) or is there a difference in the chassis between a R600 and a R700? I am after a R700 but they are extremely hard to come by in Australia and when they do turn up they are just about ready for the scrapyard. On the other hand, there are plenty of R600 models around with air ride, galvanised cab etc. I already have a good R700 hood but some feedback would be great before commiting to buy a R600 to undertake the conversion. Thanks
