  1. they can't do that, that would be admitting that Donald Trump was right about pretty much everything- which he was.
  2. I think this one does too.
  3. Saw this sticker on the back window of an escort car a while ago.
  4. Another Chevrolet.
  5. Shelby?..what Shelby? I had to go back and look 🤣. I was trying to get a shot of all those legs in there but it was a little bit too far past me when I got the picture.
  6. 66 and 67 GTOs are some of my favorites too. Saw this C10 in Jacksonville yesterday when we were on the way home. We're still on the way home, in S.C. now. Big crash on 295, couple of trucks and about 20 cars. Every time I've checked the news since it was "still being investigated" so I don't know what caused it. It was on the south side and we still had to stop for about a half hour. Saw this this morning, not a Mack but still a pretty neat picture I thought. Here's 2 dogs. They each have a seat, but Roman just doesn't like to get in his for some reason. He stands on top most of the time. Neat looking building in S.C.
  7. I went to the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona yesterday, it was fantastic as usual. I'll have pictures when I get home, I'm still in Florida right now. We're leaving tomorrow though. I took these with the phone, so they might be mighty big, I don't know. I don't know how to smallerize them down to just kinda big either. But the majority of them are on the camera, like 281. These 2 are actually from last year- These are from yesterday -
  8. We have decided where we're going in Florida in November, we'll be at the Ale House in Winter Park around 4pm. today. Corner of Lee Road, 17-92. Stop on in, and anybody else that's in the area feel free to join us.
  9. So did I- welcome back!
  10. Very appropriately 2 days late.
  11. Thank you, hope you're doing all right. We are in Florida to see Vicki and we went to the Turkey Rod Run yesterday. I'll have tons of pictures from there, I took 281. I have to put them on the computer before I can post them here, or anywhere because they're on the camera.
  12. I have to blow the leaves because if I don't I'll be completely covered in a little while. I blow them often because it's harder if they get too deep, a lot harder. And I have to blow the front yard all in the same direction because I can't put them in the neighbor's yard, and the back yard is the same way, I just blow them from the house into the edge of the woods. I have a "leaf wall" about waist high at the back of the yard, and in the front it's even higher. But that's OK, it keeps me busy. Can't even see the house for the trees. I'm the blue dot. This was Nov. 2nd, before the wall was very tall, but there's a dog peeing in the background.
  13. Oh. Yeah, you might be on to something there.
  14. All I've been doing is blowing leaves and getting the last of these teeths pulled before I get dentures. They pulled the 4 small ones in front on the bottom Tuesday. I'll be eating soft food for a while, and a lot of camel soup. I did find a camel soup recipe that I'm gonna try though.
  15. That's the same as here in Virginia, northern Va, Richmond, Roanoke, and the tidewater area control the entire state.
  16. Yes it is. I still see some of these same trucks now, but there are others that I haven't seen since this show, like the Forsyth Macks, I don't think I ever saw them again.
  17. I just posted some more pictures on Flickr, but they're not new pictures. In fact, they're so old I took them with a film camera, the last pictures I took before I jumped on the digital bandwagon. I remember I took a pack of film with me that had 4 rolls of film in it with 24 exposures on each roll. It was also the first truck show I went to, and I was out of film in about 5 minutes, so I had to go to Walmart and get more. I mailed all the pictures to Old Bill, the "Diesel Gypsy", after I had them developed and he scanned them all and put them on his website, then he mailed them back to me. I guess the originals are still around here somewhere.
  18. If that was to happen I would forgo the Turkey Rod Run and take a trip to the Hellertown Truck Stop instead.
  19. Happy birthday!
  20. I guess if I had to pick, 66-67 would be my favorite years for cars. I was saying a while back the '66 and '67 GTOs, Chevy IIs, and Chevelles are some of my favorite cars. A '67 GTO with a 400 4 speed would be the cat's ass.
  21. It looks just like this-
  22. Check out this guy, he's no slouch either! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdykqOiXxns
  23. We went to the grocery store (Walmart) Saturday because we were low on about everything, had a shopping cart not even half full, and it was $245. I think that's the most I've ever spent at the grocery store. And we didn't buy anything exotic or fancy, no steak or lobster. We did get 2 1lb. packages of hamburger though- and it was $245!
  24. Remember "wild willy" Bosch? I think that's how it's spelled, he WAS wild. Had the fake arm on the door so it looked like he was driving with one hand.
