I don't have much this week, been running mill rolls from Petersburg, Va. to Milton, W.V. all week. Here's some mill rolls- and here's some more- Precision loading- The big torch in action in Milton. When the rings are too worn out to be refurbished they'll just cut them off with a really big cutting torch...really big! I did see a girl in a car too. It's been a little cooler, and she had long pants on, but the boobage was very impressive! Two bull wagons in Alta, W.V. No Macks, but I thought this was a great picture. Seen a Ford log truck. An IH. And lots of animals. The big yellow machine dropped off a big ladle pot, which is pretty big itself. And I saw some new Internationals at the shop. These have Cummins engines instead of the Maxxforce. Random road shot, I-64 east, coming down North Mtn. And once again, I saw a poorly photochopped girl sitting in a chair by the road...in Winfall.

Crap, out of likes! But some of the funniest stuff i've ever seen,heard,or read is right here on BMT.

Well, i've also heard that the only thing a Texan is scared of is an Okie with a football.

Saw this girl by a Mustang fastback holding a gas can in Winfall yesterday when I was going to Rustburg. She might have been out of gas or something, I don't know,didn't stop to ask.

There's been some downtown construction in Gormania since then. this pic. was taken in April,2012- Now there's a big building there. I like that big wooden building there, just neat looking. Wonder what it was?..feed store/jailhouse...general store...mill?..who knows.

me too. I used to stop and shower at John Skidmore's, last couple of times I went over to the Pilot there was nowhere to park, I just head straight to the Go- Mart now. Stopped there more anyway, usually just run in and grab a sammich and a coffee and hit the road, fuel there sometimes.

you got that right! I had a load going to Mullens W.V. one time and rt. 10 out of Princeton looked like the logical way to go- same deal, had to take the whole road to get around a lot of the curves, and you couldn't see if anything was coming towards you. And no truck restrictions on the road at all. When I got to Mullens they said "oh, nobody goes that way, you should have went to Beckley and then took rt. 16 down here." I went up 16 to Beckley when I left there. I don't think they have any restrictions in W.V. I took a load of pipe to a job site up around Fairmont one time and I got off of 79 on some little small road. I thought "I don't think this road is big enough for a big truck", but it was the way my directions said to go. I went maybe a half mile and there was a sign that said "road narrows ahead". "Great" I thought, "i'll end up lost in W.V. forever, i'll have to abandon my vehicle and walk out of here." But I made it in and out ok of course, or i'd still be wandering around in them W.V. hills today.

I was there Thursday, from about 4pm. until a little after 9.

Thanks Ken, I think overall it's pretty good, I still take some bad pictures though. What I was looking for was a true "point and shoot" because I want to be able to grab it quickly and take decent "drive-by" pictures without having time to adjust any settings on the camera, and so far I think it's doing a pretty good job with that. And that 14X zoom is just like icing on the cake, when i'm stopped that is. Doesn't work too good when i'm running 95-100 mph.

I took a nap for about 4 hrs. at Flatwoods, took this night shot when I got up. Found the camera has a "night landscape" setting. I never did actually read the instructions, maybe I should do that sometime. I'm pretty well pleased with it so far though.

I'll have to check that out, never stopped there. I usually stop at the store on top of the mountain at the corner of rt. 42 and 93 where you turn to go to the power plant, where everything is outrageously over priced.

There used to be a little motel right across the road from the go mart,by a little restaurant, across the parking lot from that gas station/convenience store. don't know if it's still open or not.
