What is the process for returning wrong parts in the US?? In Europe the customer pays the return shipping making returning some parts not worth it.This gets me every time because they shipped the wrong parts so why should the customer pay for it??.For example the axle shafts I got last week will cost 60% of any refund I could get returning them.I sold them for 80% of their cost cutting my loss to 20% ...Sorry for the rant but it bugs me.... And yes I gave the correct part numbers....

In most cases if the part shipped is incorrect the seller pays for return.  If the person ordering ordered the wrong part then that doesn't apply and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

That is mostly how it  works here but there are times the parties involved don't agree on who is at fault.

That’s the reason I don’t order shoes on line anymore except for target all imported now and each asian manufacturer comes through a different size no matter what you tell them when I was working I ordered nothing but postal Oxfords and I had to return many of them. Amazon charge me a $45 restock fee now that I’m retired wear nothing but skater sneakers and buy them all at target

Thats the way it should be Geoff but try telling the companys over here that.Theyre never wrong...Its reflected in that internet sales are lower here than the US. Amazone are the only company Iv dealt with who will pay return shipping if an order is wrong....
