We went out to eat today for the first time in a long time. We went to our favorite restaurant in Appomattox

and it did not disappoint.

I've only met a few Mexican restaurants that I didn't like and I've been to many, but this one right here in Appomattox is as good as any I've ever been to.

Maybe. I usually go with the tacos al pastor, but today I decided to go with the ribeye and shrimp with beans and rice. But this ribeye was today's special so I got that instead.

 That Looks terrific and yes i usually get  the 3 taco plate rice and beans we have alotta great Mexican here …. One of our  favorite spots is only 3 miles from here

We went to Winfall last week and went to Costco and Rural King. Saw a couple of Winfall Department of Public Works employees working on a new sign post. 

They replaced the sign on the other side when we were there during the snow this winter.

I really like the style of uniform those Department of Public Works folks wear. Both for summer and winter. You definitely seldom see such dresses worn by government empoyees. My respect to DPW PR manager and best B-day wishes to you Tom!
