I beleive so. The power divider housing is longer on the front end. The rear is the same and the splines in the cam drum should also be the same.  The drive shaft will need to be shortened,  but thats a small price for what you will gain with a locking power divider.

Better get a manual, i think the older series of front rears on a standard power divider to change to air operated i think the outer cam on power divider had splines that engaged front and rear end, and that entails taking front rear apart.   terry:MackLogo:

The outer cam is different.  It has clutching teeth for the sliding clutch which is in its own housing mounted on the front of the cam housing..  making it longer on the front end. I should go get my book and post pictures, but I cant right now.
