im painting my superliner now i never painted anything so wish me luck lol

Take your time, have everything ready , don’t put too much on at once, send pictures! Just painted my working Superliner,came out pretty good for a work truck,I basically gave it a wash job with Ajax ! It needed striped completely down, but I needed it to be working, So I can get to my Freedom Edition Superliner .

I think I might use aircraft paint stripper for mine

I have used it before,, I had a R Fire truck and I think the paint was 1/4 inch thick on the hood and cracked down to the fiberglass, I had to use aircraft stripper on it ,, Then kept pressure washing it ,, make sure there isn’t any left in the seams.

Excellent good luck best way to do it as one panel at a time and remove the nose

The correct movement the correct distance paint mixture and there’s a fine line between orange peel and runs usually takes practice bob

And don’t forget proper spray gun and take your time on preparation. Don’t rush anything.

...and worth to try on a fence first than on a certain old body panel. Than when you're of feel of paint viscosity (the amount of solvent in the paint) and thickness of the 1st and the next layer there's time to get to the object of your desire.
