Not sure  brother , everything is in order except Boston’s three trucks , my thought is trucks were built in order shipped in order , perhaps Boston buying three had money or other issues delaying delivery ?

There was a note in the Boston order paperwork for for fast shipment and one urgent.

Thanks.     I wonder where/when 1213 & 1217 were made..

It is possible that they were simply left off the list, like 1218, or maybe they were not pumpers.  They could have been aerials built on the B-85F chassis.

1203 was a pumper for Belleaire, TX   1217 is a pumper for Pepperell, MA 1218 is a pumper for Bethany CT.  your 1211(and 1209 and 1210) were tractor only jobs.   the page you have is just B85's in that small sequence of 20.  There were different registry pages for each of the different type apparatus(and and all trucks) built by Mack.

l lived in Pepperell in the mid 70's but l don't remember that truck. Was on the Warren an 1860 hand tub.    .....Hippy

Pepperell, MA's 1957 Mack "B"85F". The large diameter reel was a later addition. It is still owned by the department. I used to go the the musters in Pepperell, Groton, etc. Got to pump the Warren hand tub, all hands were needed. Must have been a lot of work fighting fires in those days, probably why there were so many conflagrations.
