SLEDOG Posted February 8, 2023 Share Posted February 8, 2023 I have realized the filter manufacturers list a coolant filter for my aset/ai motor. My Mack main/lube book states that this is an option on these motors. I guess I should find one and bolt it on there right? Can someone please post a pic and part number on here. Thanks. Onyx610 Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 (edited) Some of these had a front redesign type water pump arrangement. Which the filter would be mounted at the left rear side of water pump. In that case inlet and outlet check valves must be installed with the direction arrows on the filter casing.
