67RModel Posted December 5, 2022 Share Posted December 5, 2022 The XT signifies a particular ECM software programming. The engine is E7 Etec with a 460XT tune. 460 being the horsepower. There are many members on here who can elaborate on the specifics of the XT tune versus non XT tuning. And yea $60,000 for that truck is insanity on a whole new level.
