Red Horse 1,583
My 04 Ranger FX4-Level II just turned 100,000. My issue is the rear has absolutely NO traction. Anyone have any experience with Ford's Torsen limited slip? Truck has been in family since new and has had an easy well maintained life. Appreciate any opinions

Red Horse 1,583
Well I changed dif fluid with proper fluid including the 4 oz. bottle of additive. Original factory fill looked good. No chips on fill plug. So no obvious mechanical issue. Will see how it goes next storm
gicknordon 69
I put the eaton tru trac in my dads 442 a couple years ago. Basically the same design as the torsen. He has been very happy with it. Always puts power to both wheels, no issues around turns, and you never have to worry about it wearing out.
