R model cab headliner

Recommended Posts

How hard is it to get an R model headliner to stay up where it belongs?  Seems like 90% of the trucks I see have a sagging headliner.  What holds it up to the roof?  Figured it must be difficult to get it to stay up or difficult to repair since I see so many saggy ones.

They won't sag if the vent doesn't leak. Moisture causes the sag. Some, like my R has an ABS  plastic head liner.    Paul

A tomato stick cut to length can do wonders. Normally I'm so short that when a headliner falls, it won't hit my head since I'm looking through the stern wheel anyway.

Got a tall cowboy hat? :)  :)
