blackdog2 Posted August 21, 2016 Share Posted August 21, 2016 Crumple zone Did the dump have enough flashy lights .In Conn we had a similar accident with a tractor trailer hitting the rear of dump and the jury awarded the family's driver that didn't see the dump 7- million dollars because there wasn't enough lights it was a cab over fish truck. I know it's totaled but look how the cab is still intact, not really much damage for a 35 mph crash. The truck did exactly what it was supposed to do, protect the occupants.
