we have a front loader trash truck that fan came apart and trashed radiator we are trying to figure out if we can take it out from the bottom if we cant we have to remove big part of trash body has anybody incountered one of these before it is a cab over engine

What part of the body is blocking you from removal out the top? A cab guard..?
I have never had to, or even attempted to, drop a radiator out of an LE from the bottom. A short piece of chain, tilt the cab, and out she comes. Granted that's a bit of an oversimplification, but the top of the radiator could well block you from removing it from the bottom. We just remove the entire CAC/Rad assembly as a module.
