Look under the webbing on the grill shell that the hood rests on. You should find a series of screws holding it on to the radiator, I believe.

The grill shell has to come off the radiator.

The decorative grill is held onto the grille shell with the screws and metal tabs which are part of the decorative grille. Be careful because they are very easy to break when the tabs are "unfolded" to release the grille.

The grille tabs go through slots in the shell.

Yeah, there is one screw on each side that is behind the fender. I just check one of mine and didn't remember that the screws went that far down.

There are two screws very low on each side that hold a lower splash pan but they can stay in while removing the grille from the radiator.
