Popular Post Ezrider Posted March 22, 2015 Popular Post Share Posted March 22, 2015 so i was cleaning up the shop the other day and i was about to throw out a used full fender that i have had laying around for a while then the idea hit me to cut it in half and turn it into 2 fenders for my lift axle. so this weekend that is what i did. i thought it came out pretty nice for using a bunch of spare parts laying around. only thing i bought was some muffler clamps to attach the fenders to the fender brackets and i didn't have any flat stock that fit between the ribs of the inside of the fenders so i bought a little flat stock to drill holes in to make a backer on the back side of the clamps 10 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ezrider Posted March 22, 2015 Author Share Posted March 22, 2015 i hate throwing away anything that i may use. every once in a while though you have to look around and see what has been sitting around for a year or more and get rid of it or it just gets to be too much. iv got two bran new ones that i bought as well for another truck that i am going to end up putting on the mack witch is part of why i was going to toss the used one till i thought of a use for it. Ezrider Posted March 22, 2015 Author Share Posted March 22, 2015 there certain things that get exempt status from the 1 year rule. but yeah i try to kinda clear house once a year or so ether i sell the stuff or junk it or sometimes use it as motivation to put something to use that has been sitting around. look at it if it has a thick layer of dust its time to either use it sell it or toss it.
