As mentioned above there were a couple of B model fire trucks or the model R410 which received Chrysler engines. I suppose if the truck you saw had been one of the fire trucks, it could be legit. Maddog13407 Posted April 18, 2016 Share Posted April 18, 2016 the 291 331 and 401 engines were Stamped Mack but were made by Continental. no B models came factory with a 413 Chrysler in them. maybe retrofitted at a dealer but no from the factory.
